One Year.

We have lived in Cheyenne for a year this week. Holy Cow. Anyway here are some pictures, I tried not to post ones that have been posted before.
These first two is what our backyard looked like the day we had a tornado warning. That was kind of a scary day, we had only lived here for a couple of weeks.

This is a picture of the State Capitol Building. Cheyenne is the Capitol (in case you didn't figure that out). They give trolley tours of historic downtown... we went one of the first weekends we lived here. That is where I took this picture.
This is the statue of Lane Frost outside Frontier Park....where they have the rodeo every year. This is the rodeo where he died.
This is that Daddy of the All Statue at Frontier Park.....the Rodeo is called the Daddy of them all. It is the world's largest outdoor rodeo. These two pictures are actually from the December before we moved over here, Blake interviewed for a different job then the one he has now first.

This is Blake a Bella at Superday last year. It is a big celebration that the Parks and Rec Department does to kick off Summer. The assiatant director picked the shirts and all the staff had to wear them so people knew who was in charge.

Baby

Here are some ultrasound pictures we got of the baby today. I have no idea why one is bigger then the other that is the way they scanned into my computer and I can't figure out why. The top one is a little closer up view but also kind of blurry. The parts are labeled if you can't tell what they are. Blake in convinced now that it is a boy. If you have any speculations feel free to post them in the comments. The baby bounce a couple of time while we were watching it was so cool.

April Showers Bring May Flowers

We got a huge snow storm yesterday, the wind blew and it got so bad that in the afternoon the mayor issued a no driving warning. This is what we woke up to this morning. It is still really cold but at least the sun is shining.
These first two pictures are two different views of the drift outside our garage door.

This is the biggest drift in the backyard, it goes half way up the fence. You can also see where bella dove into it chasing her ball.
More bella tunnels and as you can see that the middle of the yard is pretty much clean. The rest of our driveway was the same way except for the hugh drift in front of the garage.
This is the fire hydrant ( or what is left of it) at the edge of our yard. Hope nobody needs it today.
This is a video I took of bella chasing her ball into the snow banks.

Valentines Suprise

Blake and I had decided we weren't getting each other anything for Valentines day this year, so I was a surprised when I got to work on Friday and found these on the desk. The best part is he did it with no encouragement from anyone. P.S. they are tulips.

New House

Here are some pictures of our new house. We are still renting (unfortunately but you do what you have to do right). It is the upstairs of a duplex just a couple miles south of where we lived before.
This is the living room. Yes it is a real fire place.

This is looking into the dining room from the living room. We had to put the computer here because the only other phone connection was in the bedroom. These are the stairs we had to carry everything up. I tried to get bella to turn around but she wouldn't.
This is the back yard. We have a yard and the lady that lives downstairs has a yard, which is kind of nice.
This is the extra bedroom. Mostly storage right now.
This is our bedroom. It has two closets which is really nice. I am not sure what happened with this pictures( why it is shaped funny.)
This is the dining room. You can see bella's dog house. We put it there because we learned at the last house that she won't go in it if she can't see in the house still.
This is the washer and dryer closet. (Yes it is in the kitchen) I am still getting used to that.
This is the kitchen. Not huge but way more cupboard and counter space then last time.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

This is my Christmas tree.

This is Bella on Christmas Eve morning waiting for Blake so we could go to my mom and dad's. We got up at 4:00 to leave.

Christmas morning We didn't get up until 7:30 it was kind of nice.
I gave Blake a new ipod, his old one bit the dust.

I got two pairs of Ariat boots brown and black from Blake. I am so excited.
We (me, blake and my sisters) went in and bought my dad a double skeet thrower from Cabela's. If you can't tell by his face he was super excited. We shot it later that day but I forgot my camera, so no pictures. It was snowing anyway so I am not sure how great they would have been
This is one of my sisters Morgan (17) In case you can't tell she is Florida Gator fan.
Whitney (16) is a Texas fan.
I think that maybe that causes some tension on game day but they get over it.
I have one more sister( I know my poor dad) Paige (21) who I somehow failed to get a picture of.
(Sorry Paige I really thougth there was one)

This is the magnet board I made my mom.
It says "Family those you live with laugh with love"

Grandma Kay (mom's mom) with a book about the Mountain Meadows Massacre.
You can see the side of Paige's face in this picture.
I don't know if you can see out the window or not but they had about 2 inches of snow when we got there and then is snowed all christmas. We still don't have any snow here just 3 feet of wind as dad would say.

TWO YEARS!!!

Yesterday was our Two year anniversary. We took the afternoon off and went to Denver to the temple. It is a little bit crazy to think that we have been married for two years already. Sometimes is seems like a lot longer ( in a good way).
